We are contactable through the usual methods on our office phone number (01268 330 071), via email or you can also WhatsApp or reach through our social media channels.
We use a software package called ServiceM8 to record all our customer details, and to book our calls, through this system, you will be able to receive live updates on engineers ETA when they are on route to.
A typical job would be booked through our office; the engineer will text or phone you the night before the appointment to give you an ETA window when he expects to be with you.
You can also reply direct to the engineer from the text he has sent you. On the day of the appointment, you will receive another text message when the engineer is on route to your property.
On completion of the job, you can receive the invoice through email or text. Payment is on the day and can be made by cash or card. We use SumUp to process card transactions.
We are a paperless company; however, we do have business cards to give to you!
